Delete Your FARSET Account

Use this page to request deletion of your FARSET Business account and associated data.

Data that will be deleted

  • Account & login credentials
  • Business profile & settings
  • Staff profiles & schedules
  • Client records & contact details
  • Booking history & appointments
  • Consultation forms & submissions
  • Gallery images & content
  • Marketing & campaign data

Data that may be retained

  • Financial records (up to 7 years — tax law)
  • Payment records (Stripe — fraud prevention)
  • Dispute resolution records (until resolved)
  • Legal/regulatory records (as required by law)

Retained records are held securely in compliance with UK GDPR, HMRC requirements, and applicable US laws. They are not used for any other purpose.

After verifying your request, we aim to process account deletion within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. To contact us directly: privacy@farset.app
