What do I get on the Free plan?
The Free plan includes up to 20 confirmed bookings per calendar month, an online booking page, calendar, client profiles and unlimited staff accounts. No credit card is required.
What happens when I reach 20 bookings?
New online bookings pause until your monthly allowance resets. Existing bookings and business records remain available. Upgrade to Pro to remove the booking limit.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro costs £15 per month or £150 per year. It includes unlimited bookings, a premium four-page salon website and additional management tools. The optional Shop add-on is a separate £5 per month subscription.
Does commission-free mean online payments are free?
FARSET takes no booking commission. Online payments are processed through your connected Stripe account, and standard Stripe processing fees apply.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. Share your FARSET booking link or add the booking widget to your existing website. Pro also includes a salon website with Home, Services, Gallery and About pages.
Can I move from another booking system?
FARSET provides CSV import tools for clients, services, staff and bookings, with mapping and review controls. What can move depends on your current provider’s export. Ask us about your data before switching.
Is FARSET suitable for my business?
FARSET is designed for salons, barbers, nail studios, spas, lash and brow artists, massage therapists and independent beauty professionals. You can manage one professional or a team without a separate per-staff fee.
