Your 15-Day Free Trial
When you create a Farset account, you get a 15-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required.
During your trial you can:
- Take unlimited bookings
- Connect Stripe and take real payments
- Add staff, services, and packages
- Use all widgets and the marketplace
- Send review invitations
When Your Trial Ends
At the end of your 15-day trial:
- Your booking page becomes inactive
- Existing bookings are preserved — nothing is deleted
- You'll be prompted to choose a plan to reactivate
Upgrading to a Paid Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard
- Choose your plan:
- Monthly — billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Annual — lower monthly cost, paid upfront for the year
- Enter your payment details
- Your account is instantly reactivated
Pricing
Farset costs a flat £15/month (or discounted annually). There are no:
- Commission fees on bookings
- Per-booking charges
- Hidden fees
- Setup costs
Managing Your Subscription
Go to Settings > Billing to:
- View your current plan and next billing date
- Download invoices
- Update your payment method
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Cancel your subscription
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
Reactivating After Cancellation
Simply log in and go to Settings > Billing to choose a new plan and reactivate your account.
