Getting Listed on the Farset Marketplace

The Farset Marketplace (farset.app/marketplace) lets potential clients discover your salon. All Farset accounts are eligible for a listing.

• Every Farset account automatically has a marketplace listing
• Claimed listings (connected to a Farset account) get a "Book Instantly" badge — making you stand out
• Unclaimed listings show basic info but no booking button

1. Add a Complete Profile Go to Settings and fill in:

• Business name (appears as your listing title)
• Address and city (used for location search)
• Phone number
• About text (becomes your listing description)

2. Upload Photos Go to Settings and add photos to your gallery. Listings with photos get significantly more clicks. Aim for:

• At least 5 photos
• Professional, well-lit images of your salon interior
• Before/after treatment photos (if applicable)
• Team photos

3. Add All Your Services Make sure all your services are active and visible. The marketplace shows a preview of your service categories to attract the right clients.

4. Get Reviews Clients can leave reviews after their appointments. Use Marketing > Review Invitations to send review requests to past clients. More 5-star reviews = higher listing position.

5. Add Your Location Coordinates Clients can search "Near me" — accurate coordinates help you appear in local searches. These are set automatically when you add your address.

Listings are sorted by:

1. Claimed Farset accounts first
2. Average rating (higher = better position)
3. Review count
4. Profile completeness

If you're listed but haven't claimed it:

1. Sign up for Farset
2. Complete your onboarding
3. Your listing will be automatically claimed and upgraded to "Book Instantly"
