How to Book an Appointment
Booking through Farset is quick and easy. Here's exactly what to do.
Visit the Salon's Booking Page
Your salon will have shared a booking link with you — it looks like: farset.app/booking/[salon-name]
You can also find salons at farset.app/marketplace.
Choose a Service
Browse the list of services. Each shows:
- Service name and description
- Duration (e.g. 45 mins)
- Price (e.g. from £35)
Click Book on the service you want.
Select a Staff Member (Optional)
If the salon has multiple staff, you may be able to choose who you'd like. Or select "Any available" to see the most availability.
Pick a Date
Use the calendar to select your preferred date. Days with available slots are highlighted.
Choose a Time
Available time slots for your selected date are shown. Pick the one that works for you.
Enter Your Details
Fill in:
- Your name
- Email address (confirmation will be sent here)
- Phone number
Pay Deposit (if required)
Some salons require a small deposit to secure your booking. You'll be taken to a secure payment page. All payments are processed by Stripe — a trusted global payment provider.
Confirmation
You'll see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email. 🎉
What Happens Next?
- You'll receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment
- Another reminder 1 hour before
- The confirmation email contains links to reschedule or cancel if needed
